My exposure to a multitude of Trades started back at the age of 10 with family. At present 54 years in total. Which would include as an Electrical & Mechanical service and installation Contractor, Inspector, Instructor (p/t) commencing from the 1980's. As an MEP Estimator (personal project benchmark $67+ million). Cost and Change Order Engineer. Qualified as a Professional Witness since 2018.
Public projects have included: Waste/Fresh Water, NYC HHS (Health & Hospitals) NYC PSAC, NY CUNY & SUNY, Subway, Amtrak, United Nations, NYSE & others.
Private projects and industries have included: Plastic Injection, Wood forming and coatings, Ice Cream-Dairy, Pharmaceuticals, Iron Mining, Nut blanching, Chemical, Packaging, large contract Bakeries, Hotels / chain Restaurants & others.
